Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at with your order details.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To request a return, email  with your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used herbal products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
